It’s been a week of appointments, including dental for me and a neutering appointment for Chess. He did fine and has been healing up well - but surgery day when I picked him up he was still so stoned, it was funny to watch.
Also, he weighs 16 lbs and while he may fill out some, he won’t get any bigger. That makes him the perfect size dog for me.
No, Fiends isn’t finished yet. With all of the appointments and everything going on, I didn’t quite get it done. Close, though. Maybe next week, if all goes to plan.
I got a boom arm for my microphone to help with the audio recording and I’m working on recording the Chess Club series and Partners in Crime series.
Tomorrow the last chapters for Ashes will be uploaded on Graffridge Publishing. Subscribe there so you can listen.

Can a Greek goddess find love for a second time?
Psamathe believes she's already had the love of her life, no matter what other people tell her. But when a Jinx event comes to her hotel, she finds herself on the end of Aphrodite's meddling, and the love goddess is determined to find her a match.
Seal shifter Zale has always admired Sama from afar, but believes she's out of his reach as a goddess of sand and sea.
When the tides finally turn, they realise that they could have something special between them, all they have to do is follow their hearts.
Waiting For Psamathe is a mythology-inspired paranormal m/f romance and part of the Jinx Paranormal Dating Agency series. It features a Greek goddess who believes she won't love again, and the seal shifter who captures her heart
I know you have been busy! Extra pats to Chess from me, please.
I’ve had six appointments this past week, plus taking care of a feral cat post-op. My granddog had hip and knee surgery Tuesday, followed by popped stitches. I’m the only one that can get pills into her, and the only one she allows to touch her wounded leg. Absolutely, the critters take precedence over everything! BTW my granddog is a strong 105 lb girl. My daughter told me this week that she now understands why my personal critters have to weigh under 40 lbs. For some reason, it’s harder to pick up a 100+ lbs at my age. LOL
I adore your writing, your stories. But I appreciate that you still have a life, and will get more for us as life permits.
Please know just how much you are appreciated!
Thank you!
