Wild weather and writing
We’ve had some wild weather around here this week with tornado warnings on Tuesday evening that had me sheltering with the boys in the master bathroom (no windows). Luckily, it lost rotation before it passed overhead, but we had some serious wind and thunder going on. I lost power for about an hour and internet for a couple of hours more, but it was all back and running fine before I headed to bed. Lost a few big branches that are now scattered around the yard, but no major damage.
All of the SIN covers are now updated and uploaded everywhere. I hope you like them! Updated stories, updated covers, and more writing done on Rowan this past week. I also got a little more writing done on Gone on Arrival, so both books are moving forward.
In this week’s newsletter, you’ll find a couple of new options for reading stories - one is Yearn and the other is Booksky. Yearn is a romance-focused subscription service while Booksky is a platform to buy books and read. Booksky even has an option for physical book sales, so if you don’t buy my physical books from my website, you can buy them there. Scroll down to find out more about those two services.
Don’t want to sign up for a monthly subscription, but want to support my work? Just ‘buy me a coffee’ and donate instead. (Sleep? Naw, don’t need it.) Caffeine fuels my ideas…thank you!

New month, new TBR 🫶 This August, I'm teaming up with Yearn to give you a full month of unlimited reads! Sign up this week (Aug 3–9), and be automatically entered to win five signed special editions + a FREE YEAR of Yearn! https://yearn.media/tkeldridge
Looking for another new way to read? Check out Booksky. The company is based in Ireland and globally accessible. All of my books are for sale there. Yes, even physical ones.

Sometimes the worst wounds can’t be seen.
Lucas Everett knows that firsthand. It’s why he and his former Navy SEAL brothers created the Resting Warrior Ranch.
They aren’t doctors, but they can offer the healing freedom of their Montana range. And they specialize in training service and emotional support animals to help soothe even the worst emotional scars.
Usually, soldiers show up at their door. But this time it’s Evelyn Taylor—a soldier in a very different kind of war.
She’s as skittish as one of the horses Lucas gentles. But he’s learned how to be patient with animals, and he’s more than happy to be patient with this quiet beauty too.
When Evelyn’s past nightmares show up in Montana, she thinks she has to run again, but Lucas isn’t going to let that happen. He’s protected his country against the worst types of threats, and he’ll protect her too.
She’s met the rancher, but now she’s about to meet the SEAL.

Glad you came through it unscathed.
Crazy weather here too, but at least we finally got some rain! Have a great week!
