My roses are blooming again! This was a bare root ‘bush’ when it arrived in spring of 2019 and I planted it under my office window. It has a soft, sweet scent - not cloying - and is absolutely beautiful.
Gates are up, but I need a different latch system (ordered and on the way). Awning is up but needs some tweaking, and stained decking hasn’t happened yet - because book deadlines are looming - but here are a couple of more recent photos.
Knight is the page on the screen and it’s good to be deep into the weeds of Chess Club again. Chase has his work cut out for him in this one.
