Get some summertime

It’s definitely summertime here in the mountains. Lots of thunderstorms, warm rains, fireflies, and heat.

My son is doing much better after surgery, thank you for all of your kind words. Speaking of words, I’ve been getting words down, but I’ve also been making sure to take time to sit on the porch and read. It’s a good way to refill the well.

I’ve learned that I can’t just work non-stop and expect creativity to flow - I have to make sure to read, watch something good, and take time out in nature.
